These are parts of conversation and him saying he don't want to start and soon he blocked me.
I know all of these details cause he wanted me to pay to him via Western Union so he gave me all his data. I had some problems with card and after that we tried with bitcoins and couldn't do it also but after few days I payed to him with SKRILL
