What the crypto projects (any type you can think of crypto projects), are doing in order to achieve mass adoption?

Is there any group of projects working together in order to achieve this social and specifically crypto goal?

If all the different crypto projects were more coordinated and united this could be achieved soon or at least each month the whole crypto could have some positive progress.

if we want crypto to be adopted, it should be first implemented by tjose big businesses out there to generate enough number of supporters.

Indeed it is about time, once more crypto projects can see the potential of joining forces for mass adoption, many ideas and resources can be added. I think right now many admins, devs are focused on their own project, but once more crypto enthusiasts push coordinated efforts idea, devs can be interested in applying it.

 



I think that will occur at some point sooner than later, just like what happened with the internet, there were many businesses that started doing commercial things with the internet so it became popular and useful, the same thing will happen with blockchain.

Because, people should not underestimate what time and technology can do in a society. Integration of cryptocurrency in different countries are now happening, making their own crypto coin that will be used in their financial transactions all throughout their society. But, it needs time and effort for them to cover and implement their whole country with new financial currency that might replace fiats.

I think you should first explain what you mean by mass adoption

That is, what fields should Bitcoin be used in to count as "mass-adopted"? If it is about using it as a currency in its own right (like the dollar), it doesn't seem very likely because it lacks properties required for any such currency in the world today. Most importantly, its supply should be adjustable and variable according to the needs of the economy as it shrinks and expands. But Bitcoin will never be like that since its supply is algorithmic and kinda set in stone (read, it can't be changed beyond that)

I think the decentralization is in the blockchain and not with the bitcoin. You can literally just have banks start to list bitcoin as a commodity you can buy from the bank and you can have debit cards or credit cards that you can use and bank will allow you to spend your bitcoin with it.

As you can see the whole process of the adoption would be completely centralized and it would still work. Is that idea full centralized? Yes. Is is mass adoption? Also yes. So as you can see we can make it work if we can convince some big players in the game, that is literally all we need to do and in order for that to work we need to show them how it would be very very profitable for them to do something like this.

Bitcoin is just money. There is nothing to promote. Companies that provide services for those that use Bitcoin usually compete. So they cant together promote their product. They promote it by them self.

The adoption to me is for the benefit of everybody because if there is adoption, all coin with use case will increase and that means hodlers will make profit. Therefore, any outfit that is advertising for adoption will be a benefit for all.

There is a lot of good cryptocurrencies out there like Bitcoin and Ethereum but no matter how good the project is it's growth even if it has tons of features it can only go so far in terms of mass adoption. If we are only talking about crypto mass adoption here the crypto itself having a lot of features is not the solution because it will be highly dependent on what laws and regulations as well as support the government will bring for it. One of the best examples on how regulation and laws affects mass adoption is China where the government itself it planning to go digital in the near future starting on their own fiat where they try to lessen and lessen the used of their physical currency. There is no need for them to be working together. You can take the real world market as an example: there are lots of businesses with different purposes. They all do business but that doesn’t mean they will work together.

Reddit is a social media platform and Facebook is the same as well, but that doesn’t mean they will work together, rather they will work differently and offer services that differs in one way or the other but still the same purpose of being a social media platform. That’s how cryptocurrency should be, and that doesn’t mean that there is no adoption, adoption is not going to happen in a day. As time goes on people will get to know about it and also adopt it. People are open to innovation and quickly adapt to it. Yeah, I too agree that crypto adoption will eventually happen. However if we work on it more often than we work on the trading part of it, we can make sure it happens  a lot more frequently. Moreover, crypto community do not want that all that much I am afraid. When a new exchange opens up that allows you to trade crypto there are millions of dollars of volume there, however when a place opens up a debit card that allows you to spend bitcoin anywhere in the world that accepts credit cards that doesn't get too much attention and criticized for the high rates.

The moment we give those companies attention as much as we give the exchanges, we will see crypto adoption on the rise as well.

I think mass adoption will happen by itself without any crypto projects that need to work together. Every project in the crypto will promote their project to the public so people will see and know that there is a crypto project that can be their investment in the long term. If one or more project can get their success, people will see that crypto can give the opportunity for them to make money. They will see that crypto is a new type of investment on the internet, which can be their way of making money besides the other investment type.

Yes, this will happen exactly as you write. Each cryptocurrency will promote its services for use in any area. But all of them together will perform one task - the promotion of cryptocurrency for mass use. But the main task will have to be performed for the introduction of bitcoin and Ethereum.

If you can just be able to browse, there are a lot of crypto projects that can actually contributing to the mass adoption. It's just that, since there are so many projects that can choose from, many aren't that excited to use it and being left behind and ignored because it was a usual project like the others.
 
 Mass adoption is not yet fully achieved regardless how success the project were being introduced and launch.
 If this cryptocurrency technology were being accepted firstly by the government, that is a big step to acquire the mass adoption we are aiming for.

Crypto projects gives some of the business an idea how would their transaction will look like if they are going to adopt their project. They partner with every other businesses out there for them to be able to introduce what can bitcoin or cryptocurrency do to their daily lives. It will for surely gonna cause a big impact to the economy of their businesses if they avail what those projects can offer to them.
