Sorry can't get the point what does that mean?

You may have saved an address of your friend, client or whatever in your wallet for further use in future; you can call it contact list as well  If you recover your wallet from seed key, you will not have that list in your wallet but if you get the wallet file stored, you can get the list as well.

I have windows 7 right now on my computer. If I download and install standalone executable and some days after my disk disk crashes. Can i still recover my coins if i have all necessary stuff written on paper (keys and seed)

don't forget to backup the wallet.dat files in your computer then store that file safely.
So if you want to spend your balance just log in or open your electrum with that wallet.dat

i think you can found the wallet.dat if you go to C:\Users\[PCName]\AppData\Roaming\Electrum



you can see the picture above the wallet folder contain all the wallet.dat for electrum wallet
