Sometimes it's good to start over again, and installing all packages needed for compiling, like new linux system in windows xmplayer and downloading the appropriate packages needed for the compile, and also using the right options too compile right is also needed, then compiling will surely work if it's not that complicated with the needed files

If you're using linux, I can give you a script that will do everything automatically, and provide support for it as well for that price. If everything is already set up properly, the script will skip the installs and download and build litecoin automatically. I've been using it to set up ubuntu VMs for altcoin builds.
