Does the specific bounty prohibit users from using multiple accounts? If so, then message the bounty manager and point them to this thread. Let us know the bounty they are deceiving as well so DT can tag them.

OP, for the future, consider posting such posts without creating separate threads for each alternate account you find. There is a separate topic for this.

But as for these two accounts, I can assume that the owner of the Toukir_babu account lost access to his account, and as soon as he realized this, he began to post messages from his other Rafi_Rahman account.
I don't see any cheating violations between these profiles.
At least there is nothing yet.

What is not allowed by most bounty campaigns in enrolling in them using one's multiple accounts. This is where the DT members come in to tag the offender in case one is caught.

You have posted that the user has multiple accounts, but you haven't pointed out what rule or bounty he abused.

If you are expecting punishment for them, then you have to provide a few more information. If they broke forum rules then report or PM to moderators, so they could punish. So please read forum rules and take appropriate action. If they broke the trust system then edit your post with appropriate evidence, so DT members take a look and could punish if they think it reasonable.

For me, I can't see any violation here, neither they broke forum rules nor abuse the trust system. Just point me or post here if I missing something. Proof of authentication made on different bounty campaigns. So it wouldn't consider abuse. Please provide more info if you have.

@OP what they are trying to say is that if you want to give these accounts a negative feedback you need to prove that they both have been used in the same campaign the quotes you have provided are coming from different campaign threads which only means he didn't cheat any campaign by enrolling both accounts in 1 campaign. If you can search in their post history that both of these accounts are enrolled in a campaign at the same time then that is already enough to be considered as cheating a bounty.

I think OP is misintepreting that just because one user has alt account joining different campaign is considered a bounty abuse, though I am not sure of other users' thought on that.
Probably the appropriate thing to do would be a neutral tag showing the connection of these two, unless the two users mentioned above could prove here in the thread that they're not alt accounts.

Neutral tag isn't necessary though. Alts are allowed so long as one doesn't cheat in signature campaigns otherwise basing on your logic, we would have to add neutral tags to thousands of discovered alts in this thread Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2021 Q2)

Seeing that the accused hasn't defended his/her side yet, I have to stay on the neutral because @lovesmayfamilis said that the first account was lost and immediately moved to that other account, I too don't see any violations but the accused has to make his/her case.

I would say its a good attempt by the OP to find a probably connected account abusing the bounty but further investigation by @lovesmayfamilis proofs that there is no violation being done. It much better if OP could do further investigations to see whether he abuse the bounty (which he didn't). Having multiple accounts is no sin on the forum.
