You must import the private key into a wallet and then send the fund to an exchange.

Given the high value of the fund and for more security, you can import the private key into an offline computer and sign the transaction there. A good option with such a feature is electrum. (There are other good choices too.)
In the case you want to use electrum, download it only from its official website and do not forget to verify your download.
Click here to read the guide on how to spend your fund without your private key touching the internet.

Note that you should deposit the fund into a reputable exchange and read its terms and conditions before depositing the fund. They may ask you to verify your identity.

Have a look at the collectibles section of the forum.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=217.0

This is where a lot of coins/collectibles are traded
You can start a sales thread there as well, but have a look at this thread - it will really help you out  Smiley
