Hello everybody,

I am sorry to write in English but I don't speak Turkish. I hope that the moderators will allow my message to stay.
After all the goal of the Forum is to help people, and I am not spamming any services, I'm not selling anything, and I am a long-time member of the forum.

I am in the process to buy an apartment in Istanbul and I am trying to pay in Bitcoin.
Some real estate agents accept BTC, some don't. I'm trying to find a solution if my real estate doesn't want to accept BTC.

Can anyone help me to find an OTC office, or a BTC exchange platform that operates in Turkey?
For example, If I use an exchange, can I withdraw some TL to a 3rd party bank account (the constructor/agent)?
Or do  I need to open a bank account in my name? Can I open a bank account remotely? I live in New Zealand.

I hope that someone can answer my questions, It would be great to get feedback from people working in real estate / and or banking sector. Or even better, from someone that bought a house/ apartment in crypto

Best regards
William

Hello William. You need to open a bank account that accepts Turkish Lira in your name. Thus, you can withdraw your money from Turkish exchanges (Btcturk or Paribu). Also, I don’t recommend any other services, OTCs, middleman or agent.

Hello William,

Exchanges with best reputations:

www.btcturk.com - @onurgozupek can reply your questions about withdrawing TL to 3rd party bank accounts. They are active at bitcointalk too. (Btcturk ANN)

www.paribu.com - Paribu ANN (They are not active at bitcointalk for a long time.)

OTC: I don't have any idea about their reputations, DYOR.

https://nakitcoins.com/ - ANN thread
https://coinsfera.com/istanbul-branch

If you prefer trading with a forum member, varanvaran is another option for you.

Best regards.
