there are wallet you can add name to your address but  it will only works in that wallet once you use different wallet or re login using your private key you will never see it, its just a temporary  name using the wallet.

Imtokens have this option by the way why did you ask that questions.

I know that it is possible to create your own Bitcoin wallet name, but I have never heard of such a possibility in Ethereum. In Bitcoin, you can make your own name of the wallet

Is it possible to get user's ethereum wallets name from the address he is using?
There is no way for you to find out the name or identity of the owners of ETH addresses or other platforms. That is why this market is decentralized, and you will always be safe in this market when using it.

If you are talking about getting the real name of the person that are using that Ethereum wallet then the asnwer to your question is definitely not possible.

As you can see, if you are going to create your Ethereum wallet either using Ethereum, metamask and etc. then you can notice that your identity is hidden as the wallet
platform will not ask you for your name, KYC and etc.

Is it possible to get user's ethereum wallets name from the address he is using?

To understand you, you mean if you see a wallet address, by mare looking at it, you will say if the wallet address is from trust wallet or from Enjin wallet? If this is the case, then I don't think it is possible. Not even only for Ethereum wallet, in other wallets you can't factor the wallet name the user is using. I don't think this should be bothering you, and also you won't find the answer you are looking for because it is something that is not possible.

Is it possible to get user's ethereum wallets name from the address he is using?
No, because wallets create their address on the blockchain itself so if you have the private key you can even switch to other wallets with the same address. But it i possible to find the exchange if it is from an exchange's address.

Most likely if ever you find the address belongs to exchange.

The chance of knowing their info if they complete the KYC, but the chance is very very slim, exchange needs to protect
the identities of the people  who used their platform. Unless there's something special that you can show them to provide the
information you need.

I think it's impossible, name and wallet address does not link with each other as one can change the name of the wallet from time to time.
Just like a file name, you have the same file name but you can always rename it if you want.

I don't know how this question came into your mind, but you are maybe over-analyzing things which makes it complicated for you.

If you are talking about getting the real name of the person that are using that Ethereum wallet then the asnwer to your question is definitely not possible.

probably he is, be cause he used the word "HE" is his question.

Is it possible to get user's ethereum wallets name from the address he is using?
I think NO. Even though there are different kinds of Ethereum wallet but it doesn't mean you will know what kind of wallet user's used.

But the name of exchange AFIAK it will appear (I remember before when I was sending my token to a decentralized exchange it shows of my past transaction the Ethereum address of the exchange) on the Etherscan.io when you will track it. But the name of the Ethereum wallet, you can't. Even what kind of wallet it is, the;

Is it possible to get user's ethereum wallets name from the address he is using?
As i understand to your question on where you do able to know on whats ethereum wallet which had been used by other people who sent coins to you then its not possible because there are lots of
address which neither belong to an exchange or solely their own eth wallet address. You can somehow observed if it came from an exchange basing of transactions and the coins been holding
but identifying specifically on what exchange then i dont think that it can really be identified literally but if you do make up some search to trace it up then you would know it for sure.
but talking about identity on someones wallet then its impossible to happen.

It's not possible at the moment but I think it is needed. There were many benefits to using an Ethereum Wallet if a username could be used. I think doing so would greatly increase the security of the wallet. It would be great to be able to do something like that.

well, I think the name on the wallet is not really important because it will provide information that you are the owner of the wallet, so in my opinion there is no need to create a name on the wallet because the most important thing is the nominal content of the wallet.

Why do you want to know OP? If this is possible then its gonna break the law of decentralized and security to any users. There is a reason why user information cant be detracked from the address they are using. Unless they are registeres on a centralized exchange and somehow the details of the user were leaked or let say compromised there is a chance that you can get it.

I agree with you! Having a name for ethereum wallet is a huge risk for the security of users. Furthermore, hackers can easily take advantages of it. Therefore, I prefer it remained anonymous like right now. It's true that using name for ethereum wallet is way more convenient, though, sometimes we need to trade the convenience for another thing!

What do you mean 'users ethereum wallet name' ? I think you want to know the name of the user just by their eth address ?
Or you want to know what is the wallet name the user using ? Both of them are unknown just from the address.
For example you won't know what wallet im using now with just my eth address, myetherwallet or metamask or pc wallet or others.
