There is no rule against making loan requests but you need to understand that this is a discussion site, not a lending site, but you - despite all your rhetoric about learning etc - came here to just ask for money. The rule of "No Collateral, No Loan" means that in order to get a loan you must give collateral that is equal, or preferably higher to the amount you are being loaned.

If you completely ignore this sticky and make a loan request with no collateral, without having massive trust on the forum, the chances of you getting negative trusted feedback and therefore having a Trade with Extreme Caution tag is almost 100%.

Instead of asking for a loan, a better path to prosperity for you is to find a profession you are able to do at home like shipping goods or making artwork, and selling it in the Goods section of the Marketplace. It's small money but eventually you'll make enough money to have as much as if you were to take a loan. And there's no need to pay anyone back, because you earned that money.

Making goods for free and them selling them on Bitcointalk with escrow is easier than taking a loan (and worrying about repaying it).


Besides, the covid-19 situation in turkey is volatile, who knows if $3000 will be enough to financially secure a business...
