Here it is 2020, 10 months into a global pandemic, and my bitter ass is still upset about $8k.  I'll never see a dime back.  Last filing I could see was as of 2016 on http://ia802803.us.archive.org/13/items/gov.uscourts.paed.489513/gov.uscourts.paed.489513.docket.html so i'm assuming even that ended with no closure.

bro ive just started looking in to this to see if there's any update....n pretty much same as last time...im gonna try to forget about it n take the 28k L and pretend ive lost a bet in macau or something smh...anyone thought about hiring a pi or personally try to get their money back?
