Newbies, Merit Rascals, Merit Sources Come To this Thread

Hindi ko alam kung pwede ba itong post ko na to pero susubukan ko nalang din. Gusto ko sana gawing merit thread itong gagawin kong post para meron tayong one stop shop ng mga gustong mag ka merit at gustong mag bigay ng merit. Simple lang naman yung gagawin mo kung gusto mo mag apply para sa merit. Send mo lang yung Post History mo at Candidate Post mo. By candidate post, I mean is yung post mo na tingin mo ay deserved ng merit, para hindi magulo maximum of 3 lang ang pwedeng candidate, kapag nakapagpost na yung mga nag apply for merit, doon na papasok yung mga MS(Merit Source), sila yung magchecheck nung mga candidate post niyo and if wala silang makitang quality pwede ka nilang hanapan sa iyong post history. Ito lang ang naisip kung gawin para mas masagana yung merit circulation sa local board natin. Also if naka receive ka at the least try to give back some day. Sa mga hindi naman papasa, maaaring mag reply ang mga MS kung bakit di ka nila bibigyan, either your post quality is bad or mediocre at best, take the criticisms.

or Siguro Pinaka maganda is Single post lang per applicant , and they will be Allowed to edit their Post every time they have a Good post or thread to enter because constant naman tiyak ang magiging pag gawa ng magagandang post kaya pwede nila i edit your original post nila each time they think na worth meriting ang post nila.

Though May mga Threads na outside Local in regards this , but let's see how others will respond for this , But i think this will be a Good idea for our Local Members.

Dito din natin makikita ang behavior ng Merit source and merit Rascals , kung pano nila i handle or tanggapin ang outcome ng bawat applications nila.


And also , baka pwedeng gawing general thread and not only for Newbie ranks? or at least from newbie to Hero accounts because all of those ranks needed merits ( no Hardfeelings sa Leg ranks  )

Good Points , I am more than willing na mag contribute ng Merits ko dito sa target mo kabayan.

Since na May mga Merits pakong Natitira i rereserve ko na para sa mga awardee at qualified Posts dito.
Push mo kabayan at susuporta ko para sa Kapwa nating mga pinoy.

Ito talaga yung thread na hinahanap ko which is kaylangan ng local board natin para hindi matumal ang pagbibigay ng merits sa aming nagsisipag na makakuha ng merits.

May mga post ako dito kung karapat dapat ba mabigyan ng merit o hinde.
