How to find a team for a project?

my question is basically, how to find a team for a project if an idea is already there and a concept written.
Maybe here is someone who has the experience and already a running project and have some tips how to find a good team and start the project.

Are you planning to put a new project here? if yes, it is much better to build a team that are closed to you and has a knowledge about here in this filed of business in cryptocurrency. Like knowledge in programming, Look for web developer, Marketing something like that. But if you don't have any of these you still have an options to look in the service section, or project development. Good luck

You can check LinkedIn or post an advertisement or an announcement on the Services board in this forum to find people but you have to be careful because you might catch incompetent or unqualified people to work with you for your project, you also have to have a lot of funds to pay the people that is going to be in your team.
