Hello,
my question is basically, how to find a team for a project if an idea is already there and a concept written. Maybe here is someone who has the experience and already a running project and have some tips how to find a good team and start the project.
Thanks in advance for your responses and tips.

You can look for folks advertising in the Services board, or create your own topic in that board. There are plenty of experienced project developers here, but be very careful because there are also plenty of scammers looking to take advantage of people.

You can go over linkedin, there are linkedin groups out there which members may be qualified to what you are looking for. You can look up for the Linkedin group which is named blockchain developers, they normally discuss stuff in there related to everything to blockchain. I use to go there too. to spam of course.

The reasons for finding a team vary according to the tasks required of that team. For example, there are certain things about trust that you must have personal knowledge of team members before making any agreements. Some tasks such as promotional, marketing, technical support need experience so I think you can find them by searching in the services section or Linkedin/Reddit.

If the project involves any sort of handling of BTC, it would be difficult to trust anyone without longstanding personal relationships or your own ability to review and push code.

You will need to put out job postings on websites like LinkedIn, that way you can filter for candidates based on experience quite easily.
If you're looking for a collaborative project, where contributors are rewarded with stock, equity or something else, then you'll need to create a posting at an entrepreneur site.
However, you should know that ideas are basically worthless. It is the building process that counts. Literally everybody has ideas that could produce a profitable venture, very few of these actually pull the resources together to bring it to fruition.
Gathering useful human resources is a skill in and of itself.

Just like any employer, you need to post your requirements, Linkedin is one.
However, I noticed that some projects, notice that each one really know each other personally. Either they work together before.
If I'm in your shoes, maybe you can reach out to your former colleague first before hiring someone you really don't know to do the job for you here in cryptosphere.

it really depends on the project itself. you didn't provide any information about it. my experience limits to open source projects that is based on collaboration and contribution of people for free. for that, it is initially hard to find a team but if the project is interesting you can easily find one.
if you are creating a service, a product, ... or anything that involves earning money from the project then you have to start a job interview kind of thing and actually "hire" people with real contracts that outline the legal responsibilities.

it matters what kind of project you bring up and choose the right person for the particular era for project development beware of any kind of illegal peoples who wanted to polarized your basics. and firstly acknowledge yourself for the different leadership qualities to enhanced the success of project you can find teams in linked in because there are a lot of block chain developers there who would guide you & may helped you how to bring the project in higher rank.

Honestly you will have to build your team by using your own experience. If you have better plans to create a team for your project then you can search them on Linkedin first. On this platform you can choose your desired team member very easily but there is couple of fake profiles too. So its your own responsibility to choose right one from there. You can also find many experienced member from this forum too. For that you will have to visit different section of this forum to get enough information about them and their capability.
Creating a thread for collecting team members could be helpful for you. So you can proceed for this option too.

Thanks for all the tips and responses. It helped me a lot! I'm going to do some research now on LinkedIN and the forum. In addition, the idea is a service for other companies in the crypto space. The target is to make the crypto space a little safer for new people.

LinkedIn is a great place for you to look for a solid team, but you can also search on freelance sites like Freelancer, Upwork or Projects because here many job seekers are ready to work remotely (without face to face) & the skills they offer are very competitive.

then it may be a good idea to first contact some of these "companies" and see whether they are even interested in what you are planning to bring to them before starting to build anything. who knows maybe that way you could save yourself a lot of time and money!

Check out the service section there are a lot of developers in this section, you can find one according to your needs, you can also check Fiverr they have a lot of developers here also, I know some people who hire people from Fiverr and developers here. But it's good if you can find a developer within your area, so you can do a one on one and he can easily do what he needs according to your concept.

My suggestion is you have to go first on your friends, friends of friends, and colleagues before you try and find them in the internet. Having a team member/partner that is close to you will make the progress much faster rather than having a team member who you just hired online. Communication is key to projects like this especially if you have a limited budget and having a friend vouch you a person seems to be a better choice rather than risking your whole project on hiring someone on a budget.

I understand that a project team must be a group of people willing to work for the long term. how are you going to deal with the different nationalities and the fact that you do not personally know these internet people that you will be hiring? How will you know that these people on the internet are not scammers or people with a dark past? and there is the question of the time zone vs the work schedule that you will give them. many projects fall because they have a team made just like you are trying to do. find people from your country to be members of your team

I have seen a lot of projects here in the forum failed because of the lack of communication to one another some even got a red tag from delayed payments, hiring a plagiarizer for their whitepaper, and even posting the wrong picture for their team member which would be a bad start for your project. So honestly speaking if you want your project to work you must work with someones preferably who is near you and has the same available time as the rest of your team. Being an organized group is the key here if you want your project to run smoothly.

It is some sort of a hard situation but not impossible. This will matter on trust and good management. Before considering on finding team members online its better or worthy of a shot on prioritizing first on finding nearby people which you can personally see.

You can look at the service board and research on the individual that shows interest after your publication for team members. Don't be deceived about the Linked profile as some scammer can perfect this. Instead, engage on one-one chat with interested members and you should able to decide if they can defend their profile information since the idea and concept is already there and you know exactly what you are looking for
