Bilaxy probem solved

Bilaxy scammed me just putting some fake tx hash which never appeared in coin explorer. Desperately tried several times to connect their so called "technical help". Those guys were behaving like bad sellers from Ali telling that they are busy, making time promises and immediately breaching them.

Did you have such an experience with Bilaxy?

Bilaxy is certainly a shit exchange. They take time to deposit, they charge huge fee on withdrawal and their trading platform is a shit one. But I have used Bilaxy 3/4 times so far and with some little issue mentioned above, I was able to receive my withdrawal all the time.

I've used bilaxy quite some time in the past. Some issues I have are not that big or major, but as a customer it's should not let be experienced by their clients right? Like the processing of transaction took a while before it gets completed. Also the fee is insanely big which is a red flag I guess. They should always lower down their fee if they want to have a good family in the future.

Thank you bro for the great advice. I must admit that they have resolve the issue after 100500 messages. Such a nasty thing. Cannot believe that it happens in 2021...

+1 for scam. They won't let you withdraw and you'll never find a reason why.

1. I've been waiting for my USDT withdrawal since 2021-05-03 16:33:00. Still in "processing"/"pending" state.
2. I've created a support ticket - zero reaction.
3. I've contacted theirs telegram support FOUR times - eventually they've banned me there because allegedly "I know the situation", but I DON'T!

the issue with the OP has been solved(at least according to the OP). if you want to post a scam accusation I suggest creating a separate thread with proper evidence to back up your claim. follow the scam accusation format(quoted below).
