You could use
Ian Coleman's Mnemonic Code Converter. It's open source and can be used offline.
Choose the Coin you want, and print the address/privkey. Or just keep the mnemonic. Or better: both.
Or just use a hardware wallet and save yourself the hassle.I've never used iancoleman.io to create an address for real usage, but I've never read anything bad about it either. On the other hand, I've seen several paper wallet websites turn into a scam, and if you want to many different coins, it may be nice to have one solution for all of them.
Generating paper wallet offline, writing private key and address down and formating the machine after the proccess
Be very careful with your own handwriting! You
wouldn't be the first to lose your coins because of it.
Also: I'd use a Linux Live DVD instead of formatting your computer afterwards.
