FYI, I've been trying ether.fi's card: https://www.ether.fi/app/cash/card

3% cashback is not bad, but I guess you have to perform kyc verification, and you are getting back some crap tokens reward.
And I don't know if this is true, but I found some information that 3% cashback is only valid until December 31 of this year.
I don't know any non-kyc card offering cashback, but there are some services like Moso.xyz doing that.

They do need KYC, but the cashback can be swaped for USDC immediately. And the airdrop is just a plus.

Also, there are a few campaigns from what I've seen. Like 20% cashback up to $12,5k over the next 30 days for VIP users. You would probably need to use their card for everything to get that, though.
