It's good to hear that the problem has been resolved positively and in your favor, and as I said, sometimes it's just a matter of time - because expecting it to be over in 1 or 2 days is completely unrealistic. You’ve probably been caught up in their automated system that detects possible abuse, but such systems can never be 100% reliable. Did you perhaps get an explanation for why this happened?

Nope they just came back to me saying all was fine and asking sorry for the delay on solving the case.
