The rules of thumb when it comes to picking a way to store your coins,always remember that if you don't control or have access to your private keys then these aren't your coins,technically speaking    ...with that said options you could go with is using a  cold wallet best option for hodlers or you can go eith much easier wallets to use such as the electrum or coinomi wallets both which gives you access to your private keys or if you want something more tangible a hardware wallet would be a good choice to but a small investment will go into this one.

Trezor brought from official store is undoubtedly the safest place to hold your bitcoins, not only it provides maximum security but it's easily portable as well and keeps you safe from hazzles of losing your private key because even with a private key one cannot access your wallet until the hardware device is with that person. But if you are not in for spending this much money a simple electrum wallet will be good enough as well, it will serve your purpose of storing coins and keeping it safe, just don't forget the private key and you'll be good to go.

I think, Trust wallet is the only best & secure wallet for Bitcoin. This wallet is controlled by 12 digit private key. This is a very secure wallet.

Many here recommend using a hardware wallets to store bitcoins. Overall, this is a good solution for beginners due to its simplicity and ease of use. I support the recommended devices (because for beginners it is better than without HWs despite some of their shortcomings), Ledger and Trezor, but other options exist as well.

Trust wallet is enough to save your large number of bitcoin and crypto currency,it can be set with password.Which is asked,when ever you get into the wallet.So it’s better to get your assets on trust wallet.I had hold my bitcoin since 2016 in the Electrum wallet.Because Electrum is best ever wallet from my knowledge.Only thing is you need to hold the private key as a safer one.

Yes, Binance backed their holding with SAFU and I don't know about Huobi but it is not advisable to use a crypto exchange as storage and i will advise you to get a Ledger wallet which is $50 some months ago.
I don't know if the price has changed.

I hope you copy the wallet seeds offline and also save them offline though. This is very important cause the remaining phrase of the wallet seeds can still be recovered.

Right Trust Wallet is currently very popular and very securefull wallet.Here you can keep everything very safe. You will be asked before entering the trust wallet.Also I have seen very hard system. It goes without saying that there is no possibility of hacking.You can also use a Binance Exchange account to hold your Bitcoin.

I believe the number one safest way to store your Bitcoin, is you understand how to securely use a Bitcoin wallet because if you make use of a good cryptocurrency wallet and still don't have good knowledge of using crypto wallets safely.

The wallet will still get hacked because you'll expose the wallet to danger not knowing.

The secured place to store bitcoin is offline hardwere wallets. Because many scams and hacks are happened with internet. If you have cold wallet then now any harm from internet your fund will be safe.

I recommend a Trezor hardware wallet I've been using it since the first model. Now I have the newer Model T. It's great for bitcoin and Ethereum etc. If on a budget and you ever find yourself getting more involved with alt coins a ledger wallet would also work great.

Yes, there are many hardware wallets but most people will choose the one that people use the most and is believed to be safe and reliable.
and don't store bitcoins in one platform, online wallets work great especially blockchain wallets.
But if you want to store it in a more secure hardware wallet, and my favorite is the ledger and the second choice is Trezor which in my opinion this hardware wallet also has a backup option and is still the most preferred choice for many people.

Since that list of hardware wallets has not been updated in a long time, many devices on the list are no longer available, and some new ones have come out that are not there. There is a better list of devices that is updated periodically by FatFork in the Croatian board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5285324.0

You can even compare prices (unfortunately, some prices are in Croatian Kuna) and some basic device information, such as whether the software is open source or not. I cannot say for certain whether all devices are secure. It is certainly less likely for a device to have security vulnerabilities if it is open source and generally popular in the community, but that can also be a disadvantage. Popular devices are more common targets of hacker attacks.
