Is fortunejack.com a Scam or are they Legit?

Hi Mate
I also made an account a few days ago, after winning the bet then I made a withdrawal and they said the same thing "multi account"
I answered the e-mail and said that I never made more than one account and asked them to provide proof
A few hours later they processed my withdrawal.

So in conclusion they will freeze all new accounts, but if you can prove that you don't have more than one account then the withdrawal will be processed.

They might be having this mentioned in their terms, but this is completely an unfair rule. Once after winning it is their money and here the fortunejack team should not try to control it. When the user tends to withdraw it needs to be processed. Requesting to prove that you don't have any other account is simply annoying. No gambling sites should do this, if their policy is to have one account the users should be requested to prove it prior to the betting.

This rule applies since they offer new promotions, yes it is true that this new promotion is vulnerable to cheating by users
If you are honest then don't have to worry about playing normally, everything will go accordingly.

Your right there's no need to worry if you play accordingly in the rule that's why some users have complaint because we know most of us have many account. So I think its legit because many user interested and want to be their team but since it has new rule, some user not approve their request to join.

Nonsense poll. Revise it brother, it doesn't give a clear answer. Anyway same thing happens to me but like other player here that problem can be solve through email. Just answer the email and ask for their proof of you having muliple account and after a few hours you can withdraw already.

I have a account at FORTUNE JACK and have not had any problems with using their service
Even if it is not one of my favorite places to play the dice game I know my money is safe in there.
You should not be worried about playing at FORTUNE JACK but if their is any doubts then find somewhere else

Now I finally deposit, and when I go to withdraw they accuse me of multi-accounting? Has this happened to anyone else, or anyone know how I can clear this up? I might have had a really old account that I forgot about, but I'm really careful to never give online casino's an excuse to scam me?

I am very happy they ended up paying you but think about why did they accuse you of multi accounting if they were going to pay anyway. It's just putting hardships for people who simply want to withdraw their money from their platform

If you have any evidence against fortune jack, I suggest putting and creating a thread on the scam accusation board for such. Again, a gambling company which has been around for many + years would never put themselves into jeopardy by destroying the reputation they have built for years.

Like what I also previously mentioned, they have an ongoing signature campaign which heavily implies that the profit cycle is liquid enough. If they can afford the luxury of paying signature campaigns, then I doubt that they would necessary scam its users along the way.

 You have the reference with the scam accusation. You assume a lot of things by deduction but they simply are not what FortuneJack has actually done. I understand they're pouring money into the forum and it's good for some here but it's unethical that some of this comes from what they stole from me.

I used PM because the case is 6 months old and you were one of the people who supported in the thread, and did not know back then I could create a flag. As far as lawyer is concerned this is something that is outside the scope of this forum.

They are not really scam in my opinion but if you have a case that you wish you discuss you should definitely post in the scam accusation session as well, that would be really beneficial for you.
If they accused you of multi-accounts then you could have done that accidentally because sometimes when the new casino gets started they offer a lot of discounts and people make accounts but forget about them sooner than one might expect. This have happened to me a lot of time therefore I do believe that the casinos should delete the previous accounts or at least send you a message after 3 months. Other than that I do think you have to clear up your cache, unsubscribe, clear up your suggestions, delete history and put on a full reset of your account.

I have been a user to fortunejack before, but I did not had any issues with them at the time. Although, that was just me and it was a long time ago, maybe even the moments when they are just new and starting. But as of today, I no longer make interactions with the site, so I won’t know. Nonetheless, you should communicate with them, OP, and make them aware of your side to try to resolve this.

Many of us already knew that fortunejack.com is one of the gambling sites that have a reputation and no doubt that fortunejack.com can still exist until now. If some people have a problem with fortunejack.com, hopefully, they can communicate with the staff and ask how to solve the problem. I guess every problem that happens is because of a misunderstanding between two sides so it needs other people that can be a middle-man to help to solve the problem.

But I am not too actively playing gambling like other gamblers so I do not know much about fortunejack.com now. But I think fortunejack.com still trying to give its best services to all of its members.

They are legit ok, kept my balance safe for years.  I actually forgot about it somehow and came back multiple years later and it was not touched.   Was enough for a new pc setup which was required, cant complain when my bad memory is fortuitous.  Not every site has been solid over the years so Im obliged to mention they wont cause a problem for any normal user to the best of my knowledge.
