Even if the bounty manager haven't updated the spreadsheet, it doesn't matter. Because we have got the schedule. Anytime he can check the date and make the updation to the spreadsheet. What I expect is a small update that participants can remove the signatures and can apply for new bounties. This is a must, because at the end it hurts if payment denied mentioning signature removed.
As a professional bounty manager, I think he should update his spreadsheet in time so that hunters can understand how their work is done, and what modifications and any additions needed next week. If you are not up to date and do not give any notice, this is unprofessional and no one will want to hire you and hunters will not participate in campaigns managed by you.
Even updating the spreadsheet can't be done, that manager has nothing reliable to guarantee you will get paid at the end of the campaign.
