Even if the bounty manager haven't updated the spreadsheet, it doesn't matter. Because we have got the schedule. Anytime he can check the date and make the updation to the spreadsheet. What I expect is a small update that participants can remove the signatures and can apply for new bounties. This is a must, because at the end it hurts if payment denied mentioning signature removed.

What can be done to a bounty manager that failed to update the spreadsheet since the beginning of a bounty campaign till the end of the campaign and even after he did nothing, if you are wearing such signature campaign what will you do? Since you need to promote another project.

Here everyone can definitely tell which bounty manager is experienced in managing bounty campaigns, I am more likely to see whether the rank is beginner or above Full Member, because if the manager has a high rank, of course it will be a hassle for his account trust, if it is misused  we can report or mark him as a fraud.  that's my solution to join the bounty campaign now..

As a professional bounty manager, I think he should update his spreadsheet in time so that hunters can understand how their work is done, and what modifications and any additions needed next week. If you are not up to date and do not give any notice, this is unprofessional and no one will want to hire you and hunters will not participate in campaigns managed by you.

Even updating the spreadsheet can't be done, that manager has nothing reliable to guarantee you will get paid at the end of the campaign.
