My coins have finally been credited to my account.
I never did receive responses to my emails or any explanation for the delays, but at least my coins are credited properly now.

I'm glad your coins got sorted out. You should have received a response though at least acknowledging the issue. I'll take responsibility for that and not blame it on the volume. We'll work to have a better line of communication in the future.
