Well, from what I (and even ScamViruS) found, if it's not legal to gamble there in Thailand, why were you even gambling at the first place? I don't think any legal authorities will take your case just because:
Let's say you or your clients won something at least once, and let's assume that the collective (total) amount is too big and you even managed to withdraw it from various other gambling sites if not this, did you pay the specified tax on it by showing to your government that you gathered that money through gambling winnings? I don't think so, and so, expecting help from legal entities would be a stupid idea IMHO.
