Hello im gonna show an all evidence about bc.game laundering money by Thai bank accounts for players who request an withdraw money from this scam website, take down my friend about 50k$ for close his account with no reason, all things linked in imgbb.
All bank accounts listed was freeze now and we taking legal action an investigation about this website.

I think you should explain yourself better. I see two issues here:

1) That BC.GAME is supposedly doing money laundering.

2) The $50.000 freezed or scammed to your friend.

Are those papers written in pen supposed to prove something? I don't think they would have much value in court unless it can be proved that they were written by the company's accountant.

Screenshots of Telegram chats mean very little or don't mean anything because the chats can be faked, screenshots can be faked.

Those writings on paper pieces don't mean anything. No one can verify those writings.

You are in a blockchain world and if you can provide on chain transaction hash, addresses and more related to blockchains, ledgers that can be checked by others, it will be better information for your case. Remember and think carefully before you share these information as your privacy will be broken by sharing.

Information from OP does not make any sense to call BC.Game is scam or to judge they are doing money laundering.

Yes, we taking legal actions against them in Thailand with DSI, you can look at other users reviews in bitcointalk and other sites in last time and think what's going on now in these website, they just locking an accounts, taking the funds, so we decide to make an investigation under bc.game, they launder a money in Thailand where gambling is forbidden, and you can go to jail for 50 years, they bought these bank accounts from poor peoples and launder money against them.

Bro, thanks for this, at least you informed us of something, but next time, let this be genuine as these are merely handwritten work and conservations, anyone could frame it, it's even the least anyone could do. It might be right though but you might want to do more before anyone could believe you, at least link evidences together.

That said, I don't trust any company I don't own, sh*ts happen everywhere, even the financial companies are not to be trusted talkless of a gambling company. And to us here on BTT, I don't see how this is our business, once BC.Game does not scam any of us, then we are good to go. Let's leave the rest to the police/agents saddled with such responsibility.

I just tried going through the so called evidence you provided and I couldn’t make sense of one thing there, the moment you slide to a new image you’ll notice that it was between you and different bc.games agent. IDK if you can just edit them and arrange them accordingly so that we can understand what transpired between you them.

Sorry to ask, you said your friend account was closed, right? What country did your friend access the site from? Because from what you said gambling is ban Thailand so is your friend not going against the law that way? I’m just asking out of curiosity, I’m fully aware that bc.games does not restrict Thailand from assessing their site.

This is very instructive and a lesson to us all because you don't know who could fall as a victim to make the mistake to rely on just screenshots or social media chats without strong hash prove of transfer and transaction that could be verified by all from far and near through hash on the transactions. Now op only provided chats that few people would waste time to go through because it will not go anywhere because it won't prove anything against an alleged offender.

You should move this on investigation or scam accusation thread depending on what's your goal here. Finding more evidence to help your case against BC.game or send a warning here through scam accusation but you should provide a solid evidence like legal documentation that there's indeed an actual case against Bc.game since your allegation is very serious.

I think start proving first that Bc.game have an ongoing case regarding the title of your thread. There's really some cases here that involves bc.game but there's no solid proof so everything is ignored.

I think the title is very misleading because those are just screenshot of conversations between accounts and it could be tampered as well especially using telegram platform which there are rampant scams going around.

Can you explain to us what those numbers listed on the handwritten papers mean? Also, your screenshots of the chat messages don't follow the actual events and seem taken out of context, making it hard to tell what the problem actually was. I think we can all agree that it is important to have clear information and facts to back up any claims, especially when it involves serious allegations. So, why not try to keep us better informed and make sure you've got the evidence to back it up?

I am not sure how we could confirm anything from those your telegram screenshots. Only thing i am sure is that you are angry and using harsh language and threatening random moderators, that are just probably moderators. You are providing no proof and those telegram screenshots aren't showing you in a good light. Nor they are adding anything to your claims.

The effort is commendable but something just doesn't add up to me so please clarify the process for us. How were you able to report and freeze those accounts and investigate the site later? Does you bank close accounts without any investigation done by authorities?

They're already frozen as the OP claims. I agree that they shouldn't have been published yet as part of the evidence in the investigation.

The things that you offer as evidence need to have sources. Where did you get that data from? Can you verify your data? Because if all you have are some scribblings on a piece of paper and a few screenshots of a conversation, then that alone might not suffice as evidence. If you are so sure of yourself then you need to seek the counsel of someone who knows how lawsuits work, especially on how to win them.

A judge might look at your "evidence" for all of 5 seconds and decide that it means nothing. So you obviously need something more concrete.

I have heard many accusations against BC.Game within the last year and I am sure that you might find some supporters there. They might even help you with collecting the required evidence as well as all the legal mumbo jumbo.

I personally know that some times, some casinos do get involved in some deep shit all for the money, and maybe or maybe not, OPs friend was really scammed, i wont believe any one this until i see a proper prove, till then, all i see here is nothing but just rants upon rants, OP should get a legal document showing that this is indeed a serious case, that only can make me believe, afterall, we have seen a case like this before where the OP was all over this board ranting about taking FortuneJack down, today, nobody hears from him  anymore.

I have the same thoughts. I don't understand what is the purpose of those hand written documents on the paper. Maybe OP should have explained more about the evidence details by details given that this forum is full of fake scam accusation to bring down a casino. A more and detailed evidence would be nice aside from the chat screenshots. May be the frozen bank account, transaction id's and other possible proofs that can help OP's case. We are just so sceptical about scam accusations.

So come back with strong evidence if you really want to make this accusation strong, and get a proper solution from the team. On the other hand, the government has banned gambling in Thailand, so it is also a matter of seeing how your friend gambled from Thailand. Waiting for more clear information from you.
