So about the contest, if this 1 point for every $1, that means you need to bet bigger money to be at the top which is quite challenging but I know there are gamblers who are willing to take the risk since we are talking of $10k here.

Lovely, I think this is one of those tournaments alot forum members will never want to miss out from the packages that is involved as the rewards are interesting considering the minimum amount for bet.

As a part of your T&C for intended participants to the tournament which I stumbled on and have quoted below, I will like to be cleared on this and also for the benefit of others per say. Based on this very T&C does it mean that persons that are residents in countries where your operation isn't reached/permitted are not eligible to partake in the tournament and therefore shouldn't bother using VPN as they might be disqualified eventually based on their ineligibility as regarding this area of residence/address in the T&C??

It says that a casino should have just one thread per site, at the moment airbet has 2 threads here on the first page. Go through the thread I linked in my first post and make your own recommendation.

My suggestion is when in doubt about the rules, leave it up to the mods. If they move it or leave it here, you have your answer.
