Universities have repeatedly ignored my complaints about how they promote violence. This is because all students and professors at universities are hateful evil pieces of trash who need to be locked up and sent to Russian Denazification camps because they are Nazis. Here is my response to a letter from the City University of New York where they continue to promote violence against me because they are bloodthirsty pieces of garbage.

I am responding to my letter in the mail that I recently received in the mail dated April 15,2024. This is a response to the letter that I have sent to Governor Hochul dated April 15. 2023 about CCNY violence. I am here to clear up a few factual inaccuracies in that letter.
Factual inaccuracies and clarifications:
0. This is not a factual inaccuracy per se, but it may be misleading. I have a Ph.D. in Mathematics, so the letter should reflect that.
1. I did not teach at CCNY after the second incident at all. I was promptly removed from class after the second incident because I stood up for my personal safety. If someone tells me that I should not be concerned with my personal safety when someone is threatening me with violence, then I will immediately and permanently lose all respect for that person. The response from CCNY was to go to extraordinary efforts to permanently discredit themselves by permanently removing me from the classroom. After being removed from the classroom because I was being threatened with violence, I was made to grade abstract algebra homework for the rest of the semester. I never taught at CCNY again even though I continued to teach at BMCC up until May of 2020.
2. I did not have any discussion about the first or the second amendment in class. This was a differential equations class, and I needed to get through the topics at hand, so the first and second amendment would have been a distraction. The only reason that the second amendment would even be mentioned in a letter was because the student wanted to shoot me dead with a gun. I would not want to have a discussion about the second amendment with a student who is threatening me outside of class either because I did not want to get murdered.
3. CCNY does not have a commitment to anyone's safety since they have promoted violence against me. Stop saying that. It is not true.
4. I last taught at another CUNY institution in May of 2020. I did not teach at CCNY after the incident at all. I was not willing to discuss this incident very with people at academic institutions until May of 2020 because of threats to my safety. Professors everywhere promote violence, and if I discussed this, then I would have probably been violently attacked or murdered by professors or students.
5. As far as I can tell, the student who was threatening me with violence did not drop the class. I looked inside class after I was removed from class to see if everyone was there, and the student who was threatening me with violence and who wanted to shoot me dead was still there. There was no legitimate resolution to this case. The only thing that CCNY did to this case was side with the student who was threatening me with violence. This is because CCNY promotes violence.
I am committed to letting everybody who I know and marginally trust that universities everywhere promote violence and that universities lack professional standards. Universities refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem, so I consider universities everywhere to be hate groups.
No. I do not mention CUNY by name. I am too smart to do that. I instead discredit all universities equally for their love and promotion of violence. None of these institutions have made a statement siding with me, so I must consider all of them to be hate groups.

Dear Mr. Van Name:
This is in response to your letter written to Governor Hochul dated April 15. 2023, stating that you were a professor at the City University of New York ("CUNY™) and that during your time on campus, you reported two separate incidents alleging student misconduct. We understand that you last taught at The City College of New York (CCNY) in December 2020 and that both of these incident reports were filed during your employment at City College.
CCNY has conducted a search of our records and we have not found any records of a student engaging in violence against you. We do have two reports, handled by our Public Safety and Student Affairs Offices. that we show as closed. One case is specific to a student who, as someone with English as their second language, misinterpreted the First Amendment and Second Amendment during a discussion with you. The second incident report shows that your complaint was submitted to the Chief Diversity Office at City College and that a resolution was provided to both you and the student in question, with the student dropping your class and confirming they would not register for any classes you were teaching at the time.
As stated in the CUNY Workplace Violence Policy and Procedures, CUNY has a longstanding commitment to promoting a safe and secure academic and work environment, and all students.faculty and staff are expected to maintain a working and learning environment free from violence. Well, I sometimes mention CUNY by name, but that is only if I am sloppy. I want to shame all universities for their hatred and love of violence. The students at these institutions tend to side with those promoting violence against me because college students are generally incredibly evil people who need to be sent to Denazification camps to be humiliated by a drill sergeant.

Here is my new letter who I am sending to the Governor of New York to try to explain the situation a little bit better.
This is a response to the misleading letter from the City College of New York sent to me on April 15, 2024 and our correspondence about how the City College of New York has promoted violence against me.
That letter has many inaccuracies along with misleading statements. I was teaching a differential equations course at the City College of New York when a student was screaming in class. I was later called into the Public Safety office at the City College of New York to discuss the situation. And as a result of that discussion, I decided to cancel class for 1 period because I did not want to get violently attacked. As a result of this, I was permanently removed from the classroom and I ended up grading abstract algebra homework.
The letter does not reflect this situation at all. The letter instead makes the bizarre statement "One case is specific to a student who, as someone with English as their second language, misinterpreted the First Amendment and Second Amendment during a discussion with you." The first and second amendments have nothing to do with differential equations, and it is unsafe to discuss the second amendment with a student who is threatening me. I do not know why anyone would make a strange reference to the second amendment in this letter. Perhaps this is because this student was threatening to shoot me dead with a gun. In any case, the university did not punish this student in any way since after being removed from the class, I peered into the classroom and saw the student who was threatening me sitting there. But I was not allowed to teach those students any more because I decided to cancel class when a student was threatening me. This is because the City College of New York is ruled by evil people who just want to see me get murdered.
The City College of New York refuses to apologize for this behavior because the City College of New York is doing everything that it can to convince people about how worthless its education really is. No other universities have stood up for me. This is because all universities promote violence and hatred. This means that a university education no longer has any value.
