What happened:: Just wanted to ask if anyone else here’s had problems with Rollbit recently. My account got restricted out of nowhere, with a decent balance stuck on there (around $20K USD). They’re claiming "AML concerns" and telling me "list all the accounts you use". I only have one account. I’ve been getting the same copy-paste replies from support over and over, and their compliance is a brick wall. I’ve offered to verify myself, send whatever documents they need, but they keep dodging. Starting to feel like a scam at this point. Anyone else been through this with them? Or know the best way to get them to actually respond properly? Would appreciate any advice. Cheers. Now they will tell you that this is a third party decision. And they do everything within their own rules. Dozens of people have exactly the same situation. Rollbit is just a scam. Sorry

Perhaps you were using a VPN?
There might be issues with that because a VPN reuses the same IP for different users and one or more of them may have also registered accounts at Rollbit. But they should not be allowed to withhold your deposited funds, only the funds you have won.
Casinos have a strict no multi-accounting rule because people tend to abuse the bonus systems and so on.
If you have not used or registered any alternative accounts than state this fact to them.
After googling a bit, there seem to be quite a lot of users complaining about Rollbit withholding funds and demanding users to "list all the accounts they use".

Nobody has managed to resolve the issue and get their money?
Now the forum admin will write to their representative Razer. After that you will receive a reply to your email that you have violated the rules. Your account is marked with a flag. Well, that's all. You won't even get your deposit back, and rollbit will continue to be advertised on this forum.

Looking at the screenshot you shared, it seems like this is another "list all your accounts in our casino" scenario from Rollbit. There have been similar cases in the past where Rollbit asked the same thing from their gamblers. Nobody has managed to resolve the issue and get their money?
If I remember correctly, some cases that were similar to yours got resolved. You can check this thread(link below) and see the resolved and ongoing cases on Rollbit Scam Accusation Cases Against Betting Platform on The Forum

This is a common response from Rollbit support to every user after blocking their account or withdrawal. Usually, such issues end as sportsbook abuse. You will be accused of using some methods to make profit by placing bets on some matches. And they will tell that the decision was made by the odds provider. However, the reason could be something else if you weren't a sports bettor. Send a PM to holydarkness with your Rollbit username.

I think it'll be useless at this point, for me to reach Razer with OP's username. What OP showed is the textbook template of Rollbit's default response that needs to be refined [a dire need, if I may add my personal opinion]. Reaching Razer with this case will only send me a predictable answer to "please ask the player to write to compliance@rollbit.com." So, OP, just write to compliance@rollbit.com, then wait for a couple of days or weeks. When you got a reply from them asking for your general info and consent, that'll indicate that your case is in their queue.

Am I a narcissist to think that you're talking about me here or I am just reading correctly? Anyway, if you do referring to me, I'm not an admin. I'm a regular forum user, completely no one.

Its not true that its the providers decision. There are many casinos with the same provider, bc.game, Razed, 500.casino, Megadice, Luckyblock and Fortunejack to mention a few. These do not do what Rollbit is doing. Rollbit is alone when it comes to this. Not only does it seem like they are going to confiscate the winnings, but the deposit too. Scammers.

we have to do something. We need to make people know that they are scammers and can't be trusted. I waited 7 months for a response from them. They just took all my money. They don't care about this forum and casino.guru

I will advise you to try to reach the casino first through compliance@rollbit.com. If you don't do any breach of ToS, not flagged for any bet, didn't have multi-acc, and all is a misundertanding, there are chances [big ones, I'd like to think and hope] that your case will be sorted and cleared out by reaching to the channel.

I did that and got this response: "Sir, We have reviewed the account and can confirm that the actions taken to date have been carried out in line with our internal procedures and external reporting obligations for AML. We must note that in circumstances where any AML concerns arise, and we subsequently fail to obtain a valid reason for the concerns raised, our licence conditions obligate us to notify the Curacao FIU, GoAML and any relevant local authorities. To avoid this escalation, we require you to contact support, and honestly declare any potentially linked or associated accounts. Once we have received this information, we may be able to resolve the issue, without the need for external escalation. We would note that our legal inbox ( legal@rollbit.com) can accept legal service if you wish to escalate this yourself via legal representation. Sincerely, Rollbit Legal & Compliance Team"

Same old rollbit. They are doing this for years and several times they have been proven wrong and they had to pay. Still they perform this shady practice trying to push players into some untrue confession so that they can confiscate their funds, disgusting. It’s so obvious what they are trying to do every single time and yet this site keeps a clean reputation in this forum. I mean how many reports with the same pattern do we actually need here? At some point it has to stop.

@holydarkness
Please further this message to Razer if you can, I would appreciate it:
I have made every reasonable effort to resolve my account and withdrawal issues directly with your support and compliance channels over the past weeks. Despite my full cooperation, including providing alternative verification documents where possible, this matter remains unresolved and communication has stalled. As a result, I wish to formally notify you that unless a fair resolution is reached within the next 48 hours / 72 hours, I will be proceeding to file a formal case with The Foundation for the Representation of Victims of Online Gaming (SBGOK). This organization specializes in pursuing disputes against Curaçao-licensed operators through negotiations, ADR, and litigation where necessary. Given the value of my claim and the circumstances surrounding this situation, my case qualifies for their full litigation funding and support.I hope to resolve this matter without needing to escalate it externally, but I am fully prepared to proceed if no satisfactory action is taken promptly. I await your final response.

I will start the process now. I will tell them that there are others that are struggling with the same issue. Two other people will for sure be joining me if there is a possibility of a class action lawsuit, then you can also join us.

Rollbit is a massive scam. They did the exact same thing to me and I've never had an account there.
They literally just don't pay winners and give you some b/s response about AML or KYC. I passed KYC level 2 as well and they gave me no reason for holding $30k which is now 60k due to the price of eth.
Stay away. I can't wait until Razzr gets doxxed.
