This thread serves a purpose to give members of the forum or anyone doing their DD an idea of the possible safety or risk they'll face when they play on a casino based on the active and open cases against the casino on the forum. The list will [hopefully] be frequently updated from time to time, usually by weekend.

Please note that it is intended as a summary of the accusations against gambling platforms that have ANN and representative on this forum. As it is intended to be a summary, it will be very much appreciated if discussion, debate, or any other things related to a case pointed out on this thread to be carried out on their respective thread to keep this one clean and tidy. Also please notify me if I missed a case or two, or if there is a development for the case already listed here.

The status of each of the cases are determined and color coded according to below criteria:

In Progress
- Case where accuser made a valid case with strong evidence and the representative is currently attending the case

Resolved
- Case that reached resolution, either implied or clearly stated

Invalid
- Case that is not backed with evidence, either a screenshot or anything to substantiate the accusation
- Case where representative has addressed and the accuser didn't challenge the counter-accusation or invitation to arbitrator

Inactive/Pending
- Old case that's been more than one month without any update from the accusers with representative already replied
- Cases that goes to court, that will take months until resolution. As such, will be marked as pending, until court ruling is made.

Active/Unresolved
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence and not attended by representative. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence, the discussion left hanging with the representative never addressed the last [valid] accusation/post/proof from accuser. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response

Though I'm quite familiar with most cases below and the scam accusations board itself, I still spent many hours to get reacquainted with each of them or to get a grasp of the cases that I did not oversee. This means [and as I am only human] I might mislabeled one or two cases, or misjudged the status of a case or two. If you happen to find those situation, or if you think a case is better labeled in other status, feel free to ask me.

@holydarkness, You have relaunched the thread by making it a lot better. I personally liked the idea of keeping the representative names of each casino in this list. This list contains the accusations of both casinos and sportsbooks. How about replacing the word 'casino platform' with 'betting platform' from this thread title?

In my opinion, those accusations don't deserve to be in the list which has been created by "cryptogeniusdice" against Stake.com. Those are unnecessary complaints, which will make the list longer. You may remove them from the list to reduce the load.

In my opinion, those accusations don't deserve to be in the list which has been created by "cryptogeniusdice" against Stake.com. Those are unnecessary complaints, which will make the list longer. You may remove them from the list to reduce the load.

I am leaving one thread under his name, for future reference of other casino and/or people overseeing the accusation cases that his case [suppose he raised any more in the future] should be taken with grains of salt.

By replying in Lock the 1xBit thread I believe your topic has a list of scam accusations against 1xBit.

Unfortunately, I am wrong but did you have intention to not list those scam accusations against 1xBit like because you don't want to indirectly shill their brand name on search engines?

Yeah, my apology, I usually updated the list right away after I am made aware of the scam accusation happened against a casino, as well as sweeping the scam accusation board to be sure all of the recent cases are already added to the list, as well as reviewing their status. I have just noticed your topic and what I can say is that your efforts are remarkable and so helpful for the gambling community to take notes before joining a casino, we can see that legitimate casinos are resolving the cases which most likely are the players fault either breaking the rules or just impatience for a team response. However, I was wondering if you could mark the scam casinos with a special table for having several unresolved cases and put them in something like a blacklist, one such casino is 1xbit.

In my case with Pineapple telegram Poker it worth to mention that the team stopped responding to the case some weeks ago, It would be better to provide a different note than "in progress".

I usually sweep the accusation board and my list on the weekend [I planned to do this week's sweep tomorrow, if time allows me to] and ask for follow ups for cases in progress, pushing things back in motion, etc., and will usually mark a case as unresolved or inactive after several weeks of inactivity. Unresolved if the one stopped responding is the representative and inactive if the one stopped is the player.

Um, can you explain to me in what way is my claim invalid? It is quite valid sir, I was promised a specific term (contract) and it was breached by Shuffle. How isnt this valid?
