I have and it is a beautiful country with friendly people and has some of the best road infrastructure considering it is situated in the Himalayan mountain range. You will see blue skies in Bhutan because they do not want to destroy their environment, so the pollution level in that country is minimal. It is a visa-free destination for Indians and has some of the best nightlife.
I have never visited Bhutan from how you describe it, it must be a really fantastic place, I like traveling a lot and I think I will follow your advice, the evolution of this city is really positive, it's great that there are places like this in I travel around India
