Better Idea:

Build VoIP service using Asterisk, provide method for new businesses to subscribe for phone secretary, provide simple tree scripting for questions/answers, hire workers to accept phone calls on behalf of businesses. SIP softphone client + headset or cell phone mapping to agents. Provide method to generate tickets to Salesforce / SugarCRM of client, and custom URL post that forwards call status, ticket # and CSR notes.

Charge for services and pay agents with Bitcoin.
