Since I can't upload UK documents, can I sell the account to someone? I can't just let this £30k sit here, but I'm not sure what else to do really. Any help or other actions I can take from this point going forward?

What do you mean you can't upload uk documents? Why does the casino require you to submit kyc? And your uk documents can't be uploaded? Why? That seems strange.
Then what is this £30k you won in total at the casino? Then no one will buy your account in my opinion especially if you don't have proof to show, and even if you do show something, you will still be doubted for sure in my opinion.
Casino is asking for KYC because amount is big in this case its normal any casino can ask for document secondly OP is from restricted country which is having problem for him, and now he is looking for change of country which is going to be more problem for him.
For me here OP is wrong because firstly if his country is restricted he never takes this risk of having huge amount on this site now secondly if he is having then surely he needs to be taken small withdrawals, or he has done any mistake which trigged his account under security so now they are asking for documents.
