It’s sad but, that too is against casino or Sportsbet terms and condition. You don’t get third party interference with a users account, you are not allowed to gamble on behalf of someone, place bets for someone or use someone else’s account to gamble. If found out, you could be rest assured any winnings from that bet would be confiscated. Your only option is to upload KYC document and should you upload that belonging to someone else, the account is good as gone.

Oh mate sad but you created the mess yourself and since your account is against BC.game regional laws, you have risk losing both your deposits and winnings, this is sad but there is nothing else you csn about the situation no one will buy your account since they also afraid of two things.

1: not being able to use the account since their bought it and is against the bc team conditions.

2: no one will trust a newbie with such an offers, note that we in this forum we kick against account buying and selling.

I dont want to tell you that moving on is your only option, may be in the future, Bc game could accept UK documents for kyc verification then you can have your full advance kyc.

Didn't take much to it when you said you can’t upload a UK document so I had to go review the policy on that and it’s one of the restricted areas. You must have been accessing it from there and that is in direct violation of their terms of service.

4.1.3. If you are a resident of one of the following countries, or accessing the Website from one of the following countries:
Austria France and it's territories Germany Netherlands and it's territories Spain Union of Comoros United Kingdom USA and it's territories All FATF Blacklisted countries, any other jurisdictions deemed prohibited by Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority.

Here also is the terms of service against any form of sale or transfer of ownership on an account/gambling rights.

6.10. You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge Your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. So as it is, there is nothing you can do, it’s within their rights to take decisions as they will, you could only ask politely within reasonable reasons to have your deposit refunded maybe.

Any user buying this account would be at risk of being flagged and loosing but funds used in the purchase as well as the account.

This  is why it's necessary to know or read terms of service before  dealing with any of these casino platforms and what they will require of you. Firstly you should try to know their terms of KYCing, if they're going to ask you to do your KYC in the future or when you must have reached a certain threshold. Now without the KYC at this point, your funds  most likely have stacked up.

This is a complicated issue. You would have tried to withdraw with small amount to know if really the casino is working from your end. As it is you have to let it go and take it as a lesson that you should not play games in a casino with a restricted area. You violated the ToS to f the casino so there is nothing anyone here can do.

Do you think another person details would be approved since you already done the details of information firstly.

I think advanced KYC are the utility bills or account statements, what if the names on these documents do not correspond with your name.

Check if BC.game enable internal funds transfer to another user with KYC completed bc.game account, would that be possible because I think withdrawing through internal funds transfer wouldn't need much verification.

I understand your concern about the £30,000 stuck in the account. However, selling the account is not a good option  most platforms prohibit this and you risk losing both your money and the account.

It’s better to contact customer support and explain your situation. Ask if there are any alternative verification methods, maybe you can provide other documents or proof of identity.

Also, if you have any old UK documents, even a passport or a utility bill in your name, that could help.

In any case, try to resolve this through official channels rather than selling the account.

It will take time before you can get an ID from another country. Maybe having a visa there is likely what you'll get first, being a tourist visa.

But to have a privilege of owning IDs from the next country where you'll move, it's not gonna work unless you get the golden visa and you become a permanent resident.

What country did you choose or specify during account registeration? If it's the same UK you choosed, and right now, you have to sell the account to a known UK person, then who ever buys the account will be in a big risk of having the account locked permanently as the management could notice or find out the account changed hands.

I don't know how much this money is worth to you but if I am really in your shoes, I did consider moving to a different country and region that is on bc.game whitelist, I will settle down there and do all I can to get a government license document supported by bc.game, and the think the simplest one to get would be a drivers license, with this, I can pass the advanced kyc verification and withdraw the money from the casino simply close the account.

The issue is they still might not pay out as the bets were made from a jurisdiction that they deem as illegal. OP should have read the rules of the site before playing.

Let's be honest though, I have played on BC for months and am from the USA. I have wd many times over 2k and not once have I been asked for KYC. Not once!!! What this tells me is the OP was doing some sort of betting that the site was questioning so they asked for kyc. Just my opinion of the situation.

Damn! You really didn't think this through, did you? Firstly, BC.Game have many KYC related accusations against them in recent times thanks to their shady tactics. Secondly, they don't need to do anything shady to take your money.

They ceased their operations in the UK couple of months ago implying that you wouldn't get your funds even if you successfully acquired UK citizenship. Smh!
