Based on the chat on 23rd December they have told me that they (the relevant team) can not help me.

I communicated yesterday (24th December) but they still told me the same and their main answer yesterday was "we can not find your account!". It is funny that they could not find out my account if it is then still it is their fault why they would not be able to find out my account. I have provided proof of my withdraw, deposit, and much more information but they are in the same position. Before creating scam accusations I gave them 24 hours which will be finished within a few minutes.

Maybe there is a technical reason why the support personnel had issues with your account and it isn't something that affects all other players. I believe we would have seen many more complaints if that was the case. Perhaps the support agent you spoke to is new and not yet accustomed to deal with matters such as this. Maybe there were restrictions on the information they could retrieve, put there by their supervisor and senior staff for some reason. Anyways, everything is well that ends well. There sometimes may be a little diconnect between support staff and the team, or there could have been a technical issue that should have been escalated to a different department but wasn't. Good thing is they learn from experiences like these and you shouldn't go through this again.

The main problem of the customer service agent is that the user can not find out the user whom s/he is talking about. And after several days of communication the agent told s/he cant find out my account. I didn't know the reason too but I have tried to provide as many information as possible but the agent could not provide any information. As a result the can't help me in any means. But if the agent sent me the user name @userinfobot then the problem could be solved from the beginning.
