No you don't But OP may or may not know that, so I get why he wanted to post his pizza in public before the deadline.

Moreover, I don't quite understand why the OP created this thread before he received a response from me.

I guess that he wanted to demonstrate he was able to post a message before the end of the contest, so that your decision couldn’t be contested by other participants. If it all had happened behind the scenes, someone could have accused you to making him inside the contest without having the rights.
