What are your weakness in gambling and how do you overcome them

I have the feeling I’ve left this behind but, there are times I gamble above my limit and I’m not really pleased with my loss. This could easily make me want to chase it and a couple of times, I fall for it. It’s not a major problem though, I have great control over it.

I'm not a pro gambler, but I know how important it is to keep calm and not make decisions emotionally. Many gamblers find it difficult to control themselves because they are focused on winning.
