Their terms about they can cancel, refuse or limits any bet is so unfair with players given that there’s no reason for cancellation that they mention.
I don’t understand casino ToS like this that obviously can be used to abused player when they are on profit.
I’m assuming you are accused of arbitrage betting on your case since they just limit your account and allow you to withdraw your balance. All the terms that they quoted seems like they are viewing all your bets as an abuse such as arbitrage bets.
But in the OP's chat with the customer support, there is absolutely no mention there that ops winnings was confiscated because it was discovered that he engage in any or some sort of arbitrage betting, I believe that if op was indeed involved in arbitrage betting, the customer support would have pointed or mentioned that this was the reason why his winnings was confiscated, but then, the customer support gave no reason at all, he or she was just going round and round the same mountain refusing to answer the OP's enquiry straight.
I hope this issue is seriously looked into and resolved justifiably, if the casino is truely then ones at fault here, then they have to own up to their responsibility and pay op his winnings, but if they claim op broke their terms and does not deserve to be paid the winnings, then they should provide the evidence showing that indeed, op is at fault, then op should have no choice but to own up to his mistakes and move on.
