I thought I have good chances to win a cash prize because my hands were strong many times, but then it all went from worse to worse for me.

I will deposit in betfury and then play the event later. You want a side bet for it? Mr. Magkaisa you want a side bet again?  If we do side bets with three players, we can play that last pays first and second is free. Or huge risk and it is $100 loss at worst for one player.

My accountant is desperately trying to fix the balance sheet with tricks, but he says we need moar money. 
I bet on Ugo Humbert in tennis because I was sure that Monfils won't be as good in the final sets, but meh...

I was just about to miss your asteriks "I am an atheist". I couldn't think back what the hand was that ended luckily for me, but I searched for it and it was against Magkaisa when I hit second pair on the river. Without that second pair I would be out long before the event ended. I think without those happy endings winning or finishing at the top is virtually impossible.

I'm a newcomer, I don't have much hope for the betpanda poker contest, I've participated in it 3 times in a row, never won anything, the participants are quite experienced in playing poker, it's very difficult to compete with them, after round 10 is over, will the contest still continue?

Sorry but while you often give favorable odds, this bet is very bad for every person betting against you.
It's HIGHLY unlikely you fall out of the top 8 with a 75$ gap to 9th place.

There is not much money to win in 2 rounds left, so even when you but up 40$ against someone's 10$ that would be a bad bet for them, just when you look at the math. Maybe 10:1 is ok but 1.5:1 is a very bad bet.

lol, I have participated in all 8 rounds and only won prizes in 3. I have also experienced 3 straight bust-ups, which is quite normal.

The thing is, if you have played more rounds, you would have an idea about the playing style of others. IMO. It is more fun to compete with strong players lol IMO.

I’m thinking Limit Omaha Hi-Lo instead. I’m in, and I think MV is too,  — we’ll put bounties on our own heads.
The tournament will probably be just 3–5 people, and for those who know how to play Omaha — like me and MV — we’ll put up a bounty equal to the buy-in. Though we can still discuss the exact bounty amount. Not sure if AHOYBRAUSE plays Omaha, but I think he does. Anyway, the idea is that anyone could win — that’s what the bounty is for.

Let’s keep the buy-in small, like 5–10 bucks. What do you say? Tired of Hold’em already.

We have a separate thread Occasional Poker Rounds for organizing occasional poker tournaments on short notice. This thread is for side betting purposes. Having said that, I am OK with this. My preferred buy-in is $10-$20.
Let me warn you about @AHOYBRAUSE, he is a very strong OMAHA player (probably the strongest among our poker community) .

The crowd will keep cheering, and I agree - there is always a possibility for anything to happen, but usually, the probabilities in our field can go in the direction we can at least envision, not just A through Z type of amount of options..
