Sorry to hear that. It is also infuriating that they didn't even bother sending you any emails as to why the account was banned. That being said, since the issue happened not even 24 hours ago, there is a chance that they might send you an email explaining why the account was banned.
Sadly, Coincasino doesn't have an ANN thread or a representative here, so there's no one to contact from their team here in the forum. The 3 mediator sites you mentioned are your best chance of getting a reply from them.
