CoinCasino.com (the same brand as CoinPoker) wiped my $44,000 real money balance

i signed up on CoinCasino yesterday deposited around 20k of my own crypto over three deposits no bonus or promo used

After a few hours of playing Pragmatic slots I hit a legit 32k win and kept playing balance went up to around 44k

Then my session froze mid spin and I was logged out when I logged back in my balance was zero

Live chat claimed I used bonus funds which is false then they banned my account closed the chat and I never received any email or explanation

It’s been over 21 hours and still no response from CoinCasino or CoinPoker support even the CoinPoker twitter account blocked me after I posted proof

I filed complaints on CasinoGuru and AskGamblers also will filing with casinomeister and later will be sending one to the Anjouan Gaming Board their listed regulator

CoinCasino.com has been advertised by multiple blogs as the casino extension of CoinPoker.com and some even claimed you can transfer balances between them so this affects both poker and casino players

Sorry to hear that. It is also infuriating that they didn't even bother sending you any emails as to why the account was banned. That being said, since the issue happened not even 24 hours ago, there is a chance that they might send you an email explaining why the account was banned.

Sadly, Coincasino doesn't have an ANN thread or a representative here, so there's no one to contact from their team here in the forum. The 3 mediator sites you mentioned are your best chance of getting a reply from them.

to be clear the balance was wiped first while i was still playing
i went to live chat immediately and asked where my money went i have screenshots of the chat
support said it was because i “used bonus funds” so they voided everything which is false since i never had a bonus
when i pushed back the agent suspended my account on the spot no email no formal reason just zeroed and banned
ive played online casinos for 8 years and never seen anything like this it was not even just a manual confiscation they literally tried to make the records disappear after wiping my balance that i even had a balance
i was still playing with a third party provider (pragmatic play) when the balance said partner cashier error or something like this all my wins are from 3rd party games so that record will stay forever
i joined live chat right away asking what happened and they said “you used bonus funds for a bet so we voided all your money” which is completely false
after i argued and asked for proof they suspended me right there on the spot no warning or explanation
i still have all the screenshots and crypto tx history to prove it it’s an obvious scam
