In general, the routine disease that beginners do when posting POAs is that they don't read whether the bounty has been completed or not, the bounty thread has indeed become a spam nest.
That’s the case, they just don’t give it anytime to read or even check previous comments. At the very least, they ought to read the OP but, these accounts that targets bounties are often about that life, creating several accounts and throwing them at every shit project they could find with the hopes of accumulating worthless tokens and having their addresses linked only to be tracked later is all they are about, a pattern that continues to repeat itself.
The report to the moderator button would do just fine as this is clearly a spam also, managers could do well to lock these threads once the use of it is done.
