This guys make POA like expire thread in bounties board. I am don't understand why they do that . Please ban him.

You can report them, the mod will check your report if they violate the rules that have been set.

In general, the routine disease that beginners do when posting POAs is that they don't read whether the bounty has been completed or not, the bounty thread has indeed become a spam nest.

As far as I know they come 10-15 Alts who behave the same, one is blocked they will create 10 more, that's already a disease of beginner accounts in the bounty thread section.
