When I first read your post I imagined an evil genius rubbing his hands together while saying it, but I'm a bit prone to conspiracy theories to be fair.

When they hit 51% recently they had 45PH.
Now its 35-38PH.
Nobody moved their miners when they had 51% so what happened?
Are they hiding hash power or have people finally decided to move their miners elsewhere?
I do not know which is true but that is a very bold statement they made......
