When they hit 51% recently they had 45PH.
Now its 35-38PH.

Nobody moved their miners when they had 51% so what happened?

Are they hiding hash power or have people finally decided to move their miners elsewhere?

I do not know which is true but that is a very bold statement they made......

they can be easily prevented from 51% if the bitcoin devs decide to update the mining protocol as they suggest they have a solution for the 51% attack but they are holding off in implementing it
