Heard that the Mastercard lawyers are already lobbying hard against Bitcoin and spending millions of USD. I don't think that the Bitcoin foundation can compete them by doing a counter-lobbying.

Bitcoin is worldwide Mastercard is not , so unless they lobby worldwide the have a small chance.
But you need registration for thoose cards , and thats a problem for 90% of the population.
