Cloud Bet scammed me for 0.170 BTC

Hello guys  , I Played on cloudbet yesterday and I won some bitcoins ...
then when  I wanted to withdraw the BTC I didn't got them on my BTC account and I got a message that Withdraw Failled.
My Balance became 0 on Cloudbet but I didn't got the money , I Tried to contact the support but they just don't answer ....

Any suggesetions how to get my money ?

Some user had experience the same problem too, but i doubt that they are scamming you.
It is probably just an error.

Well, i don't know, i've never tried to contact their support.
When did you contact their support?

if he doesn't reply you and nothing response for your customer ticket, give him 2x24 hours
if still no response, just create scam accusation

I guess it's fixed now,

My withdrawal failed as well, but now it stays on pending all the time!

Edit: Fixed! And probably the last time I play at this site. In a period of 10 days I played here, about 5-6 issues raised, like cancelled hands, disappearing won bets, payout stucks and arguable support.

At the end of the road Cloudbet WILL resolve your problems, but it's just too much hassle and headache for me. Guess I'm just a sucker for the nice lay-out. Will play again when your platform is proven stable.

Some time the site have bug you just need to give them a email or pm and they will solve it for you .
