In bitcoin android wallet, i have tried to send the most little amount of bitcoin = 0,06mBTC.
I have received a fee like usually : 0,1mBTC.

Bitcoin can work with the 0,0000001 (0,001 mBTC), no ?
I understand the needed fee to propagate the transaction and have the fast time to miner work.

In futur, will this program can emit 1 satoshi or not ?

The minimum amount to send is about 0.05 mBTC. This is the so-called anti-dust rule. It will probably be adjusted in future, but a significant amount of nodes need to agree.

It's a colloquial term.
