I have a good reputation and I need some BTC asap because the guy who normally sells it to me can't sell to me right now. If you sell to me now there may be more sales for you in the future. I will buy for U.S. $30.00 or lowest offer but you must have a good reputation.

It's your good reputation that matters, not the seller, because you are using GPayPal.

I can sell for you $30.00 USD per Bitcoin if you insist, perhaps you can have discount too.
