How to Solo mine with Antminer S3s?

Solo mining from a computer is easy.  But what is the setup in order to solo mine with S3s? Or If i have multiple S3s, I want to pool mine privately. Possible? How?

It's 0.5% which is 0.125BTC. So the reward is something, but it also provides a testing ground for the pool software I've been working on.
