No technical enforcement could be carried out without the public advertisement of the affected addresses and transactions for the mandatory number of days calculated based on the amount. Furthermore, no enforcement will be planned without securing the support and pledges from a super majority of the network participants. It is strongly advised that you do NOT run any enhanced client or mining software with the nullification list options until there is a public census and a successful vote on a rollback schedule. People are encouraged to run the enhanced clients with blacklist options at all time thought.
