Best way to process shares of business in BTC land?

A friend asked me for advice and actually im not sure what to reply.
He has a business that earns BTCs and wants to transmit shares of it that will eb paid in weekly or monthly dividends.

Ive suggested him cryptostocks but he said the website is sketchy and he would rather use other way ie Counterparty Ripple or possible somethign else.

So.. what are your ideas guys? i  can imagine business of share models might be raising and possible more people would like to know some ideas or thoughts on this.

Paying dividends with BTC is a great step in the market, however I suspect that like every other BTC business in existence your friend is using conversion pricing (BTC price variates based on USD costs) which would put the cart before the horse. Then again the economy is so incomplete I suspect this is about as good as it gets.

All these ripples, counterparties and bitshares are thoroughly wrongheaded, if not heading towards scammery, as are any other websites that claim to be stockmarkets.
Many will disagree, and they will be wrong.
