I have 1 BTC available, and I'd like to receive USD cash at an exchange rate of BitStamp + 5%.

I'm prefer to accept cash sent via USPS to my P.O. Box, or a USPS money order.

I'm also willing to accept Walmart2Walmart, or MoneyGram but if it is necessary to use one of those services then you will have to pay the fees.

If you're anywhere within the Greater Chicagoland Area, I'm willing to meet up for a face-to-face exchange.

Willing to accept Escrow?

Actually, yes.

I'm always willing to accept escrow (although I'll expect the buyer to pay any associated escrow fees).

Generally, I'm willing to accept escrow from any of the top 8 providers on this list:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276897.0

At the moment that means:
John K. (If you can find him), escrow.ms, OgNasty, Tomatocage, monbux, Maidak, Dabs, or of course myself  Wink

I am currently negotiating an exchange from an offer received via PM.

If this negotiation results in a successful transaction, then this thread will be closed.

If the negotiation fails to result in a mutually agreeable transaction, then I will respond to any offers in the order they are received.

I have a commitment from someone to purchase this bitcoin.

As such, I am closing this thread.

If the commitment falls through, I will re-open the thread in a few days.
